This tool never stops evolving. Here's a digest of the most recent updates.
42 analyses as cards and charts across seven tabs, with targets, fiscal year, parent department and period switching. (For all users)
See a deal's upcoming events and TODOs on a large calendar. Add TODOs and events from a date, and complete or delete them right from the calendar.
42 analyses in seven tabs: adoption, win patterns, input quality, forecast accuracy, accounts and more. Each analysis explains what it shows and how it helps.
Click the "?" on each button group to see what it contains and how to use it. The AI help explains which opportunities are targeted (auto-selected or restricted). The Data/Analytics grouping was also reorganized.
Files with ~200 rows now register reliably, and a progress spinner shows each phase (cost, revenue, probability) while it runs.
New AI prompts to learn from won and lost deals and to compare with industry peers, plus key won/lost filters and a per-user activity dashboard.
Exports now use Excel format. "Expand list area" hides the button row, forecast changes and deals with no next action to give the list more room.
If a custom column you added becomes inaccessible, the extension automatically drops it and refetches — preventing the Opportunity Explorer from getting stuck unable to open.
Bulk-create or bulk-update to-dos/events for selected opportunities via an Excel template — type, date, and comment can differ row by row.
Buttons are now grouped into five collapsible categories — Search, Analysis, AI, Bulk Change, and New — so the right action is always easy to find, however many buttons are added.
Download a template, edit it, and upload it back to bulk-create or bulk-update opportunities. Account names, owners, and more are pickable from dropdowns.
Toggle the delete flag on or off for multiple selected opportunities at once — no more list re-ordering after every single toggle.
Pick an opportunity and meeting date, paste the AI reply back, and register minutes and next meeting as Activities and action items as ToDos.
For opportunities with two or more products, update amount, cost and delivery date per product line in one bulk run. Add or swap products too.
While offline or the Salesforce session has expired, the extension screens and API calls pause. They resume automatically once reconnected.
Save frequent subject/comment combos as templates, dictate comments by voice, chain into logging the next action, and download an .ics file when logging an Event.
Log the same follow-up Task across selected opportunities or the Top 10. Review your own open Tasks sorted by due date, and mark complete or snooze.
Open opportunities with no next action scheduled now appear in a dedicated alert, with one-click ToDo logging. Stage changes also prompt a follow-up ToDo suggestion.
Optionally link a contact to a Task/Event. Dictate into the comments field using the browser's built-in speech recognition (nothing sent externally).
Kanban cards gained a "+ToDo" button, and the side panel now shows a Top 3 with inline quick ToDo logging.
Cross-view opportunity KPIs per direct report. Discover well-selling products each account hasn't been offered yet.
See your Tasks/Events in a monthly calendar. Get a digest notification every Monday for deals stalled 60+ days.
Memos can now sync to Salesforce and be shared across your team where supported. Changes made offline are queued and auto-synced.
Download the weekly report as a real Excel (.xlsx) file, or copy a formatted summary for Slack/Teams.
