Confirm the dialog by selecting "Add extension."
Open the target Salesforce Lightning page and the panel appears automatically in the bottom right. Data refreshes automatically from then on.
On first launch, you'll be asked to allow notifications. Grant permission if you want desktop alerts (like at-risk-deal notices).
