No. Standard users can use the vast majority of features. Operations like bulk owner reassignment, which require Salesforce's "Transfer Record" permission, are the only exception.
No. The only external server this extension communicates with is the Salesforce org you're logged into. If you use an AI-assist feature, the generated prompt is copied to your clipboard and your choice of AI (Claude / ChatGPT / Copilot / Copilot M365) opens in a new tab — whether the prompt is actually sent depends entirely on whether you choose to paste it there yourself.
